Fanci's dam was Squaw D, ABCR 720, a favorite mare of Joe Mead's and one of Benny Damele's foundation mares. Fanci's sire was The Yellow Hornet, ABCR 878. The Yellow Hornet goes back to the the Ashihik Lake breeding of Joe Mead and the Nez Perce tribe that remained in Canada. Fanci is a brood mare and still has many years to carry foals. Her uterine tendons are strong. She is smooth gaited. I am keeping breeding rights to her son, Ziggy, and for this reason, I can sell Fanci.
She needs help in raising her foals because she does not know how to introduce them to the mare band. But if a person is willing to give her a little help in raising her foal, she will produce a worthwhile and good foal. $1500 (breeding option possible, please inquire) |
