My name is Sandra Howell, and I am a retired college professor. My husband and I live on a farm in New England and presently own four horses. I have finally completed my first novel and it's been an exhilarating, yet challenging process. The novel is a fun-filled adventure featuring American Bashkir Curly horses, a horse woman named Sam and her friends. The white Curly Horse featured on this home page is one of several Curly horses featured in my novel.
My Curly horses have been showcased in area shows, newspapers and Equine magazines. A foundation breeding program was started in Sweden with one of my Curly mares.
